Video: Jay Sean Injured, Performs in a Sling!

Jay Sean suffered a dislocated shoulder at the gym and was forced to perform his San Francisco gig in a sling!

Jay posted on his twitter:

"Ive dislocated my shoulder weight training.I'm in hospital at the moment. Jus had an xray.But still gon try2make the show tonite in sanfran."
